ATS operational principle is based on real time analysis of images captured by high resolution b/w or color cameras. ATS elaborates the uncompressed native picture, while M-JPeg compression is done as last step. A fundamental condition for an accurate and powerful image analysis is an appropriate location of the cameras in the field. Pictures are saved to hard drives directly (or external RAID),and can be exported to several types of mass storage units. ATS display and records the views sent by all cameras connected to the system, in model ive, playback and network: at present stage the system can manage up to 40 IPS in total, assignable in equal measure to all the cameras. ATS works on Windows XP platform : the sensitivity of motion detection and Real Time Detection RTD are user’s definable among a wide dynamic range of settings, this according to the application required. Protected access; the System Adminitrator can create different password protected user log-in, to prevent unallowed use of the equipment. ATS totally innovative: it provides a Motion Detection of better quality than any other presently in use, in combination with a Real Time Detection for applications dedicated to monitoring stages of extreme high risks.
